因此，你們要站穩，用真理當帶子束腰，披上公義的胸甲，把和平的福音預備好了，當作鞋子，穿在腳上 (弗6:14-15 新譯本)

- 「要站穩」為要堅持什麼？你曾為真理、公義和福音作過什麼明確的表示或行動嗎？
- 福音是和平的，但要傳揚它卻不是平易無阻，為什麼？你已預備好隨時為主作見證、把祂的救恩傳揚開去嗎？
禱告：親愛的天父，願我時常作好準備，在真道站穩，隨時見證你、傳揚祢！
